Joining the firm in 1996 as a partner, Tom LeFevre has practiced law in the Gainesville area since 1980.
Conscientious and straightforward, Mr. LeFevre focuses his practice on commercial real estate matters. He counsels business clients on construction law, real estate covenants, and contract matters, including leases and landlord-tenant issues. With tremendous breadth of experience, he is frequently called upon to serve as a special master in condemnation actions.
Mr. LeFevre is certified as an early neutral evaluator, arbitrator and mediator. He has provided successful mediation and arbitration for numerous contract, construction and real estate matters.
Serving his community through numerous leadership roles, he is on the board of the Edmondson-Telford Center for Children. He also is active in the Gainesville Rotary Club, having served as a director, and in the First Baptist Church of Gainesville where he served as chairman of the board of deacons. Mr. LeFevre is a past president of the Gainesville Northeastern Bar Association and the Gainesville Estate Planning Council.
He is a graduate of North Georgia College and the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University.
