Mr. Viggiano has been with the Firm since its founding in 2004. Prior to that, he practiced law in Monmouth County, New Jersey at several well-regarded Firms, handling matters on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants; private parties and governmental entities.
Throughout his career, Mr.Viggiano has been involved in numerous cases that have litigated questions of public importance; cases which have earned comment and provoked discussion in professional and scholarly journals and have garnered front-page coverage in newspapers such as the New York Times and the Wall Street Journal.
Mr. Viggiano is a former Adjunct Professor in the School of Management at Monmouth University, West Long Branch, New Jersey. During his appointment, he taught classes on both the graduate and undergraduate level.
He was graduated from Mount Saint Mary's University in Emmitsburg, Maryland in 1991 with a Degree in History. He attended Touro College-Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, Centarl Islip, New York, where he was awarded a Doctorate in Jurisprudence in 1997.
Mr. Viggiano is admitted to practice before the United District Court for the District of New Jersey and holds a plenary license to practice before the Supreme Court of the State of New Jersey. He is currently awaiting admission before the Supreme Court of the United States and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
