Peter D. LeJeune is a Partner in the Firm's Energy Practice Group. His practice focuses on the representation of owners, operators, and purchasers of nuclear power plants, in energy transactions, regulatory matters, and new plant development. Peter also has extensive experience with regard to government contract matters both at the state and federal levels. Prior to joining the Firm, Peter practiced in Washington, D.C. where his practice focused on administrative litigation and regulatory matters primarily before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, and the Department of Energy.
