Cabrera focuses her practice on all areas of immigration law. She is originally from Boston, Massachusetts where she practiced immigration law prior to joining Garcia, Ramirez, Gonzalez & Piña, P.C. She has represented clients before the Immigration Court and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services in various immigration matters including cancellation of removal with criminal charges, asylum, bond proceedings, and petitions for family and employment-based visas, U.S. permanent residence and citizenship. On a volunteer basis, Nataly successfully represented an asylum client through the Political Asylum/Immigration Representation Project (PAIR) in Boston.
Nataly is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross where she majored in Political Science, minored in Philosophy, and concentrated in Latin American Studies. In college, Nataly studied law and politics in Costa Rica for a semester and traveled to Cuba through her Latin American Studies Program. Nataly received her law degree from Suffolk University Law School where she studied international and immigration law and practiced in the Immigration Clinic. While in law school, Nataly traveled to Mumbai, India, where she interned at a corporate law firm.
Nataly has been actively involved in the community. In the past she has worked as Coordinator for the Peace on the Move Youth Program in Boston and has served as a Big Sister through the Big Sister Association of Greater Boston.
