Stefanie ("Stevie") Leahy is an attorney at Aeton Law Partners. Her civil litigation experience includes a wide range of complex business and commercial disputes, specifically in the areas of contract disputes, employment litigation, patent litigation, class action litigation, and securities litigation. Stevie gained knowledge and expertise in these areas while practicing at two large international law firms, where she has spent the majority of her career.

Prior representative matters include defense of a large financial institution against a nationwide class action, representation of a credentialing board against allegations of constitutional violations in the form of discriminatory practices, and representation of a client pursuing numerous breaches of contract claims within arbitration against former employees.

Stevie Leahy has also dedicated significant volunteer hours throughout her career to pro bono legal services. These matters include immigration representation for asylum, VAWA and SIJS, as well as family law and housing court matters. Notably, Stevie Leahy was a member of a litigation team representing the American Civil Liberties Union, which was successful in bringing a constitutional challenge to a federal statute (commonly know as “COPA”), which improperly limited speech on the internet.
