Vishio, Miriam R.

Kathy Le received her B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles and her Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law. While attending law school, Kathy earned valuable experience through working as a Law Clerk at b | r Law Group, LLP (now, Baker and Cunningham).

Kathy represents clients in all types of employment-related litigation, including: discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, and wage and hour violations. She has specific experience with matters arising under the California Family Rights Act, the California Fair Employment and Housing Act, the California Labor Code, and California’s Unfair Competition Law.

Kathy is admitted to practice in all state courts of California, as well as, the United States District Court, Southern District of California.

Kathy is a member of the American Bar Association, San Diego County Bar Association and Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles.
