Ms. Lawrence has extensive experience in general commercial real estate and is actively involved in the sale, purchase, leasing, development and financing of real estate. Her practice focuses on the negotiation of purchase contracts and leases, structuring sale and leaseback transactions and the structuring of development agreements among multiple entities. Ms. Lawrence prepares real estate documents such as leases, purchase agreements, reciprocal easement agreements, subordination agreements and the collateral documents related thereto. She has experience handling leasing transactions in the following states and countries: California, Arizona, Colorado, Kansas, Missouri, Texas, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, New Mexico, Maryland, Ohio, West Virginia, New Jersey, Florida, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Indiana, Michigan, Canada, Mexico and Spain. Ms. Lawrence reviews surveys and title documents in connection with a variety of commercial and residential real estate transactions. In addition, Ms. Lawrence's practice also extends to advising clients on commercial loan transactions and she routinely drafts loan documents such as notes, deeds of trust and mortgages. Ms. Lawrence has served as lead associate on a variety of real estate transactions for several of the firm's nationally recognized clients.
