Vickers, Vincent H.

Andrew Velloff was born February 28, 1966 in Alton, Illinois.  Mr. Velloff attended school at St. Ambrose Grade School in Godfrey, Illinois through the 8th grade.  He attended Marquette High School, graduating in 1984.  He then attended Western Illinois University where he obtained his undergraduate degree in Business Economics, graduating Magna Cum Laude.  He played soccer for the Western Illinois University Leathernecks for four years.
Immediately following graduation from Western Illinois University, Mr. Velloff attended his first year of law school at Ohio Northern University where he started and coached the women's college soccer program, coaching the team for its first year.  Mr. Velloff finished his first year of law school at Ohio Northern University in the top 10% of his class.  He then transfered to Southern Illinois University in Carbondale where he completed his final two years of law school.  Mr. Velloff graduated Cum Laude from Southern Illinois University in 1991.

Mr.Velloff began working as a law clerk for the Wiseman Law Firm in 1989 during his second year of law school.  He has worked at the Wiseman Law Firm, which is now known as Mormino, Velloff, Edmonds & Snider, P.C. from his second year of law school to the present.

In 1995 Mr.Velloff and Mr. Mormino built the office where the firm is currently located.

Mr.Velloff has been a partner with Mormino, Velloff, Edmonds & Snider, P.C. formerly the Wiseman Law Office since 1997.

Mr.Velloff's primary practice has been in the area of Family Law since obtaining his law license in 1991.

Mr. Velloff's primary areas of practice over the years have included Criminal Law, Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury, however, Mr. Velloff's primary concentration since 1991 has been in the area of Family Law.  He has handled approximately 2000 Family Law cases, including, but not limited to, divorce litigation, paternity, child custody, maintenance/alimony, property division and all other areas of the law related to general family law practice.  He has tried several hundred Family Law cases in counties including Madison, St. Clair, Macoupin, Greene, Jersey, Calhoun and Bond.
