Prior to joining Helmer, Conley, & Kasselman, PA, Mr. Vanette worked as a partner of Richards & Vanette, LLC, in Mount Holly, NJ, during which time he handled a diverse variety of matters, including matrimonial, special civil, and municipal cases. While a member of the firm of Emmons & Richards, LLC, Mr. Vanette served as the Solicitor for the Joint Land Use Board for the Township of Lumberton, the Zoning Board for Bordentown City, and both the Zoning Board of Adjustment and the Planning Board for the Township of Bordentown. Mr. Vanette was also the acting public defender for the Township of Medford Lakes in 2011. Mr. Vanette worked previously at South Jersey Legal Services, Inc., representing low income individuals with family law concerns and landlord tenant matters. Mr. Vanette has been a co-presenter for multiple Landlord-Tenant Seminars for the Burlington County Bar Association, and he was selected to serve as the Chairperson of the Bar Association's Special Civil Part Committee for the 2012-2013 term.
