Matt represents workers in state and federal court throughout Missouri and Kansas. Prior to becoming a plaintiff's attorney, Matt worked as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Missouri and in the private sector representing corporations. Matt has experience in employment-related litigation and disputes with both public and private employers, including federal and state wage and hour law, race, sex, age, and disability discrimination and harassment, and whistleblower/retaliation issues.
