Jake's practice is focused on complex construction disputes, including public procurement issues and bid protests; claims, issues and disputes arising during the course of work; liens and bond claims; delay, impact and related cost claims; and warranty and defects litigation. His employment and labor law practice includes the protection of trade secrets and other confidential technology and business information; noncompetition covenants; traditional labor law issues, attempts to organize and elections (private sector); discrimination and harassment claims.
