David is a counselor and litigator for individuals and small businesses over a wide range of legal matters. His particular focus is to protect existing natural and cultural areas of value for future generations through land use planning and enforcement of environmental laws. David also represents persons who have been injured at work or through the negligence of others, especially in difficult cases. David serves on numerous environmental and social services boards and is active in the governance and missions of his church.
