Haley R. Van Loon is a member at BrownWinick. Haley provides legal services in the areas of litigation and corporate transactions. She assists clients in state court in matters ranging from business contract disputes to family law. In addition, Haley assists clients in various aspects of their business operations including securities compliance, asset sales, and franchising.

Haley also devotes her time to the community by volunteering at the Animal Rescue League in Des Moines. Haley obtained her B.A. in Political Science from Iowa State University in 2003. Haley was Phi Beta Kappa at Iowa State University. She received her J.D. in 2006 from the University of Iowa, graduating with distinction. Haley was admitted to the Iowa bar in 2006.
