Joseph Acquaviva represents insurance companies in a wide range of insurance coverage matters, including all aspects of property and casualty coverage as well as bad faith litigation.

Prior to joining NLdH, Mr. Acquaviva worked at a national law firm where he defended clients in a variety of general liability matters, with a special concentration on products liability, construction litigation and professional liability.

While attending law school, Mr. Acquaviva served as an intern for the Hon. Allan L. Tereshko of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, Civil Trial Division and for the legal department of the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA).
