Amy Lanser is an attorney with Lind, Jensen, Sullivan & Peterson, P.A. and focuses her practice on civil litigation. She is an honors graduate of the University of St. Thomas School of Law, where she was awarded the Minnesota State Bar Association's Law Student Award for Excellence in Employment Law. Amy handles construction defect litigation, commercial and product liability litigation, workers' compensation litigation, employment law disputes, and insurance coverage and insurance defense litigation. She also is an author of the firm's Comp Report, a quarterly newsletter informing clients of changes in workers' compensation law.
Before joining as an associate, Amy gained experience at Lind, Jensen, Sullivan & Peterson, P.A. as a law clerk. In addition to becoming familiar with our clients and business practices, Amy researched and drafted legal memoranda, motions, settlement agreements, and discovery requests; edited client promotional materials and scholarly articles; and interpreted statutes and regulations relevant for litigation. Also during law school, Amy worked as a Judicial Extern at the Minnesota Office of Administrative Hearings, where she researched and drafted Orders and legal memoranda for the Workers' Compensation and Administrative Law Judges.
While not practicing law, Amy enjoys traveling, cycling, training for and competing in triathlons, and attending concerts and musicals.
