R. David Lane, Jr., is an associate in the firm's professional liability practice group. His practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation.
David graduated magna cum laude from the University of Florida in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts in English and French. He continued his studies at Florida's Levin College of Law, graduating cum laude with a Juris Doctor and a Certificate in International and Comparative Law in 2007. While in law school, he was a member of the University of Florida International Commercial Arbitration Moot Team and competed in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Vienna, Austria.
He is a member of The Florida Bar, The New York Bar, Orange County Bar Association and New York Bar Association.
