Christine Alden is an immigration attorney and partner with one of the oldest immigration law firms in the State of Florida. Established in 1976, Weiss, Alden & Polo, P.A. offers global representation of individuals and businesses anywhere in the world looking for US immigration solutions.
Christine Alden was born in England to British and Jamaican parents. As a naturalized US Citizen herself, she recognizes the importance of US Citizenship and the opportunities and security it brings therefore, allowing her to identify with each and every one of her clients no matter the situation or walk of life.
Christine is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and currently sits on their Miami Citizenship & Immigration Services Liaison Committee. This is a committee of attorneys chosen by AILA to work with local government officials to resolve important immigration issues at the local immigration offices. She was recently invited to sit on the board for the South Florida Alumni chapter of her law school. She is also the current local coordinator of the Miami Chapter of Amnesty International, a worldwide human rights organization.
She is a 1996 graduate of Texas Southern University, Thurgood Marshall School of law where she was the Research Editor of the Law Review. She attended college at the University of Florida where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. While at the University of Florida, she became a member of Sigma Kappa Sorority where she learned the importance of the bond and loyalty to sisterhood; commitment to philanthropy and helping others.
Her practice is solely dedicated to all realms of U.S. immigration law so she can focus on the immigration needs of her clients. Through her work, she has helped countless individuals of all walks of life successfully immigrate to the US to realize the American Dream.
