Sean Underwood has served as lead counsel in numerous cases in state and federal courts of Virginia and the District of Columbia. Following his graduation from law school, Sean began his practice focusing on liability and workers' compensation reform issues as a lobbying and government relations consultant. Thereafter, he became an associate with the Law Office of Alan S. Toppelberg and Associates where he assisted individual and corporate clients on various transactional and litigation matters. In 2005, Sean established the Law Office of Sean E. Underwood. The firm is primarily focused on assisting individual clients and small businesses in the Northern Virginia.
