Born in 1960. Mr. Kutner attended law school at University of Houston, graduating with a Juris Doctorate in 1985. He began his law career at Rose & Ryman in 1985, in a practice devoted to commercial litigation, representing banks and leasing companies. Upon departing Rose & Ryman, Mr. Kutner spent the next sixteen years practicing in the areas of personal injury, products liability, worker's compensation, medical malpractice, maritime and commercial litigation in state and federal courts. He now represents clients in litigation of personal injury, products liability, medical malpractice, maritime, commercial, and oil and gas disputes. Mr. Kutner obtained his New York license in 2010.
