Mr. Kung represents both corporations and individuals in a broad range of complex legal matters. Mr. Kung focuses his practice on civil litigation, including commercial litigation, international contract disputes, divorce actions, child custody litigation, commercial/ residential real estate disputes, landlord-tenant disputes, and labor and employment litigation. He has extensive experience litigating in both state and federal courts and has represented clients at both trial and appellate levels. Mr. Kung also advises and consults clients on federal and state labor and employment law compliance.
Mr. Kung earned his Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School. While in law school, Mr. Kung served as the Alumni Chair of the Asian-Pacific American Law Student Association. He was also actively involved in pro bono services, volunteering for the Student Hurricane Network, Asian American Legal Defense and Education Fund, and the New York Asian Women’s Center. Mr. Kung received his Bachelor of Science from Rutgers University with honors in 2006, and was awarded the Departmental Recognition Award for graduating with highest honors in Communication.
Mr. Kung is a member of American Bar Association, New York City Bar Association, and the Asian American Bar Association of New York. He is admitted to practice law in both New York and New Jersey. He is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, and the District of New Jersey.
