Tucker, William L.

Somil Trivedi is an associate in the Litigation/Controversy Department. He joined the firm in 2010.

Practice

Mr. Trivedi practices primarily in securities litigation, commercial litigation, and regulatory matters, and has worked on trial teams across WilmerHale’s offices. He is also a member of several pro bono initiatives.

Past Experience

During law school, Mr. Trivedi completed a clerkship in the United States Attorney’s Office, Fraud and Public Corruption Division, where he researched legal issues including tax evasion, corporate governance, and health and education fraud. From 2004 to 2005, Mr. Trivedi worked as an associate at the World Bank Group, helping formulate Bank strategy in communications and knowledge dissemination. From 2005 to 2006, he worked at a Washington DC consulting firm, representing clients and candidates in the political and non-profit arenas.

Prior to joining the firm in 2009, Mr. Trivedi worked at the Center for Constitutional Rights, where he assisted in Supreme Court briefs and appellate matters relating to civil liberties and national security issues.
