Susan Krumplitsch is a senior associate in the Litigation/Controversy Department, and a member of the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group. She joined the firm in 2011.
Practice
Ms. Krumplitsch’s practice focuses on intellectual property disputes and strategic counseling, with an emphasis on patent litigation.
Ms. Krumplitsch represents innovative biotechnology, medical device, and software companies in trial, appellate and patent office proceedings. She has worked with a wide variety of technologies including recombinant human granulocyte colony stimulating factor, recombinant erythropoietin, magnetic resonance angiography technology and supply chain management software.
Before joining WilmerHale, Ms. Krumplitsch was a senior associate at Howrey LLP and an associate at Day Casebeer Madrid & Batchelder LLP. During law school she was a judicial intern for the Honorable William G. Young of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. During law school, Ms. Krumplitsch also completed internships with the legal department of a pharmaceutical company and the Hale and Dorr Legal Services Center in Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts.
