Trichilo, Robert C.

Robert Trichilo has 14 years of experience working as a litigator and courtroom attorney. Rob has spent his entire legal career working in courtrooms throughout Northeast Pennsylvania seeking to obtain justice for his clients. He specializes in personal injury litigation, commercial litigation and white collar criminal defense.

In the personal injury field, Rob handles motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, dog bites and certain types of medical malpractice claims. In the commercial litigation field, Rob represents people and businesses embroiled in disputes concerning failed commercial transactions. Litigation in the commercial field often involves claims of breach of contract, fraud, unjust enrichment and similar allegations. Rob also has experience handling residential and commercial construction cases, property disputes, sale of goods, consumer debt transactions, stock broker litigation, and claims for defective professional services.

Rob has been an associate with Brady & Grabowski, P.C., since 2008. Prior to joining Brady & Grabowski, P.C., he worked in the Philadelphia region for two and one-half years defending well known hospitals and doctors against medical malpractice claims.

From 1999 to 2006, Rob worked as an Assistant District Attorney in Luzerne and Monroe Counties. He developed extensive courtroom and trial experience having tried more than 35 jury and non-jury cases. Rob handled criminal cases involving homicide, violent felonies, illegal drugs and DUI cases. He uses this experience in the criminal field to represent clients who have been charged with DUI and various white collar crimes.

Robert Trichilo was born in Scranton, Pennsylvania. He attended Widener University School of Law, Marywood University and Scranton Preparatory School.

In his spare time, Rob participates in the Scranton Chapter of UNICO and other community service organizations. He enjoys golf, and cheering for the New York Yankees.
