Rob Krebs focuses his practice on corporate bankruptcy, restructuring, and other debt-related matters. Rob has represented debtors, creditors, and other entities in some of the nations largest and most complex corporate restructurings, including representation of the debtors in the chapter 11 proceedings of NationsRent, Slater Steel, and USG Corporation. Rob also has particular experience in negotiating the resolution of contested matters such as claims objections and preference actions and matters relating to the assumption or rejection of executory contracts.
