David E. Krause practices in the areas of civil litigation and commercial, corporate and property transactions. In 1964, Mr. Krause graduated, summa cum laude, from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Arts and was admitted to Phi Beta Kappa. He received hid J.D. from Harvard Law School in 1967. After serving in the United States Army, Mr. Krause started practicing law in 1969. He is admitted to practice before the courts of the State of Minnesota (1967), The United States District Court for Minnesota (1970), the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit (1977), and the U.S. Supreme Court (1979). Mr. Krause had experience with many kinds of cases and problems and brings sound judgment and determined advocacy to every matter.
