James R. Krendl. Mr. Krendl is a graduate of Harvard University (A.B., magna cum laude , 1963; J.D., 1970). His practice involves general corporate work, securities, taxation, and business planning as well as real estate and commercial law. Mr. Krendl often acts in a senior general counsel status, assisting clients with long-term business and legal planning; his work also particularly emphasizes corporate reorganizations and acquisitions.
He has written several articles and chapters in books on topics related to his practice including business acquisitions, noncompetition covenants, and piercing the corporate veil. Mr. Krendl has lectured at Continuing Legal Education courses, and he has taught a business planning seminar at the University of Denver College of Law.
