Jim joined the firm as an Associate in 2010. Jim represents clients in a variety of business and commercial litigation, including matters related to the energy and utility infrastructure industries. Jim is experienced in representing clients in complex litigation, and has recently assisted with the defense of an electrical transmission line contractor in a mass tort action involving over a billion dollars in damage claims.
Jim graduated summa cum laude from South Texas College of Law in May 2010. While in law school, Jim was a varsity moot court advocate and was a member of the South Texas Law Review. Since graduating, Jim has served as an Adjunct Professor in Advocacy at South Texas College of Law.
