Laura Toledo is an associate in the bankruptcy & creditors’ rights department. She has successfully represented business debtors in Chapter 11 bankruptcies and out-of-bankruptcy restructurings, as well as a committee of unsecured creditors and a liquidating trustee. Ms. Toledo also represents creditors, including landlords, lessors and secured creditors in Chapter 11 proceedings. She defends banks and financial institutions in commercial litigation and represents banks and financial institutions in pursuing collection remedies.
Previously, Ms. Toledo has served as an Attorney Advisor for the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission and as a Staff Attorney for the U.S. Court of Appeals, Eighth Circuit.
