Ms. Tipper-McWhorter’s practice includes cases involving contract claims, breach of fiduciary duties, probate and trust litigation, fraud and misrepresentation, DTPA litigation, trade secrets and non-compete agreements, and professional liability. She is admitted to practice in the state courts of Texas.
Ms. Tipper-McWhorter earned her law degree from the University of Houston Law Center in 2012. While there, she was a member of the Moot Court Team, and was a finalist in the 2012 Annual Duberstein Moot Court Competition. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy with a minor in French from Southern Methodist University in 2008.
Mrs. Tipper-McWhorter is originally from Houston. She is a member of the Texas and Houston Bar Associations, the Houston Young Lawyers Association and the Association of Women Attorneys Houston Chapter.
