Attorney Bradley A. Tobin was born in Tampa in 1965. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with a Minor in International Studies, from the University of South Florida in 1988. In 1996 he received his Juris Doctorate from St. Mary's University School of Law in Texas. Before attending law school, Mr. Tobin lived in New York City for five years working in the restaurant business and as a production assistant for a publishing company. He then moved to Texas to study international law. While at St. Mary's, Mr. Tobin was active in trial advocacy, mock trial, and moot court as well as the international law association. He attended the Institute for World Legal Problems in Austria in 1994 and interned with Justice Craig Enoch of the Supreme Court of Texas in 1995.
Mr. Tobin was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1996 and began his career primarily practicing employment law in Daytona Beach, Florida. He returned to Tampa in 1998 and joined the firm of Morrison, Morrison and Mills, P.A., practicing general civil and commercial litigation.
In February 2000, Mr. Tobin started his own firm in St. Petersburg, Florida. He focused his practice in the areas of employment law, civil rights law, immigration law and schoolchildren rights. In 2004, he joined Forizs & Dogali, P.L., where he continued practicing employment law litigation, as well various types of commercial and class action litigation, among other things. In May of 2007, Mr. Tobin joined the Tullo Law Firm, adding real estate litigation to his areas of practice, as well as various types of transactional law.
Mr. Tobin enjoys utilizing his diverse background in providing legal services to both individuals and corporate clients, whether counseling them on individual rights or issues pertaining to the operation of their companies, employment relationships or prospective business transactions. Likewise, throughout his career he has enjoyed trial work in both federal and state courts, as well as prosecuting appeals in both arenas.
Mr. Tobin is married with three children. He enjoys boating, golf, tennis, camping, guitar and reading about history.
