Tolley, Ramona L.

Vivek Kothari is a senior associate in the Litigation/Controversy Department. He joined the firm in 2010.

Past Experience

During law school, Mr. Kothari participated in Stanford’s Prosecution Clinic where he formulated case strategy, interviewed witnesses, and argued motions before the Superior Court of Santa Clara County. During his clerkship, Mr. Kothari became legal counsel for the N.E.D. Cancer Foundation, which was founded by six gynecologic oncologists to provide a more holistic approach to the treatment of cancer.

Prior to beginning his legal studies, Mr. Kothari was a legislative aide for US Representative Mike Honda, and a software engineer in NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory.
