Joseph Tiller's practice is focused on corporate restructuring, bankruptcy, and other insolvency-related matters. Joseph has played an active role in Jones Day's representations of companies, secured lenders, asset purchasers, unsecured creditors, and other significant constituencies in distressed situations.
Most recently, he has been substantially involved as debtor's counsel in the chapter 11 cases of Boscov's Department Store, Chrysler LLC, Metaldyne Corporation, and Performance Transportation Services.
Joseph is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Bankruptcy and Reorganization Committee of The Chicago Bar Association.
