Tipton, Cory E.

Ashley Thul was born in Dubuque, Iowa where she attended Clarke College and graduated in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy. Upon receiving her undergraduate degree, Mrs. Thul pursued her legal education at the University of Oklahoma College of Law. While in Law school, she was a member on the Oklahoma Law Review before graduating in May 2012.
