Lori Terry Gregory Chairs the Environmental Practice Group. Her practice is concentrated in environmental law and she represents clients on all aspects of federal, state, and local environmental law. Additionally, she regularly represents clients in environmental litigation matters throughout the Pacific Northwest, including representing clients in over 75 agency or citizen suit enforcement actions.

Lori has extensive experience in all aspects of water quality and resources, including the federal and state Clean Water Acts and corresponding regulations, the Safe Drinking Water Act, NPDES permits, State Waste Discharge Permits, stormwater, reuse and reclaimed water, wetlands, Section 404 (dredge/fill) permits, Section 401 Water Quality Certifications, Hydraulic Project Approvals, Total Maximum Daily Loads (TMDLs), Use Attainability Analysis, Site Specific Criteria, effluent trading, offsets, aquatic leases and easements, contaminated sediments, and water rights.

She has substantial experience permitting and advising clients on complex infrastructure and transportation projects, sewage treatment plants, industrial facilities, municipal and industrial land application sites, reuse and reclaimed water projects, stormwater conveyances and facilities, dairies, feedlots, agribusiness, retail, commercial and residential development projects and energy facilities.
