Thompson, Alan S.

A native Houstonian, Michelle Tewal graduated from St. Pius X High School in Houston, Texas.  A desire for new experiences, led Michelle to Boston, Massachusetts where she attended Boston College in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts and graduated with a B.A. in psychology with a minor in Spanish. 

Michelle's interest in family law began years before she officially became an attorney.  Through serving the needy families involved with the Medical-Legal Cooperative in Boston, Massachusetts, she learned that her passions lie in helping families work through and cope with the legal system.  This experience led Michelle to pursue her interest in the law and attend law school at New England Law- Boston.  Michelle excelled in law school, graduating cum laude and in the top ten percent of her class.  She was also chosen to serve as a Technical Editor of the New England Law Review.

After law school, Michelle had the opportunity to serve as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court.  In this position, she worked closely with the Honorable Justices of the Probate and Family Court analyzing domestic relations and probate laws and drafting the decrees and orders to be signed by the Justices.  This enriching experience reaffirmed Michelle's interest in practicing family law and strengthened her desire to advocate for clients.

Family brought Michelle back home to Houston, Texas, where she could focus on serving the legal needs of the families of her own home town.  Michelle can provide not only comprehensive and diligent legal services and counseling, but also a dedication to her clients' needs.
