Keith Klein is a seasoned litigator with many years of trial and administrative hearing experience at the federal and state level. His practice focuses on energy and environmental litigation, regulation and permitting. A major area of interest and expertise is water issues – including NDPES permits, water quality standards, 401 certifications, mercury deposition, wetlands, stormwater, groundwater and water rights. In addition, Klein has extensive experience with the National Environmental Policy Act and agencies such as the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers.
