Lillian C. Kirby was born in Ukiah, CA in 1974, but grew up in Hawaii until she settled in the Central Valley in 1993. Ms. Kirby earned her B.S. in Criminology, summa cum laude, from Arizona State University in 2008, and her J.D. from Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in 2011. Before becoming an attorney, Ms. Kirby served the firm for several years as an Estate Administration Paralegal and Law Clerk.
Ms. Kirby was admitted to practice before the State Courts of California and the United States District Court, Eastern District of California in 2011. Ms. Kirby has eight years of experience as a paralegal and a law clerk in the areas of estate administration, real property condemnation, and consumer protection including an externship with the office of the Attorney General of Arizona, Consumer Protection Division. Ms. Kirby practices in the areas of family law, civil litigation, consumer protection, estate planning and administration, and adoption and guardianship.
In civic matters, Ms. Kirby has held positions of leadership and service in the ABA Law Student Division; Consumer Advocacy and Protection Program Justice Bus; Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International (Hugo Black Chapter); Wills For Heroes Pro Bono Organization; Corporate and Business Law Students Association; Christian Legal Society; Alpha Phi Sigma National Criminal Justice Honor Society; Phi Kappa Phi National Honor Society; Sequoia Paralegal Association; California Alliance of Paralegal Associations. Ms. Kirby enjoys spending time with her family, and teaching dance classes at a local performing arts studio.
