John G. Taylor is a partner in the New York office of Frommer Lawrence & Haug LLP. Mr. Taylor specializes in intellectual property trial and appellate litigation, with a particular focus on Hatch-Waxman patent litigation. Mr. Taylor also has considerable experience in Food and Drug Administration regulatory matters involving pharmaceuticals.
After receiving his B.A. degree from the College of the Holy Cross, Mr. Taylor spent four years as an officer in the United States Navy. Among other positions in the Navy, Mr. Taylor served as an engineering and legal officer. From 1994 to 2000, Mr. Taylor practiced at a private law firm specializing in admiralty law, where he gained substantial experience litigating in federal and New York state courts.
