Chris Kitasaki's primary areas of practice include federal and state securities law compliance, general business and corporate law, and real estate purchase, sale and leasing. Chris has more than 23 years experience in advising individuals and entities in various corporate and business matters, including entity formation, secured financing, protection of proprietary information, and the purchase and sale of businesses.

In addition, Chris has extensive expertise in structuring, negotiating and documenting agreements for the purchase and sale of commercial and agricultural properties, commercial and agricultural leases, and secured financing transactions.

Between 1983 and 1986, Chris was a staff attorney in the Division of Corporation Finance at the Securities and Exchange Commission, Washington, D.C. His affiliations include membership in the State Bar of California, the Ventura County Bar Association and the Camarillo Noontime Optimist Club.
