Richard Taubman has been practicing law in Michigan for 30 years, with a concentration in real estate transactions and litigation. Richard is "AV" rated and has extensive experience in zoning and land development and use, residential and commercial construction, condominiums, historic preservation law, boundary and other title disputes, water rights, commercial and residential landlord-tenant law, mortgages, land contracts and other transaction documents. Richard received his law degree from Boston University School of Law, after completing his undergraduate work at the University of Michigan. He is the owner of Taubman Law, PLLC in Bingham Farms and is of counsel to Payne, Broder & Fossee, P.C.
