Taylor, Emily Dudak

Ms. King is an associate in the Business Department and is a member of the firm's Real Estate and Institutional Finance Group.  Her practice focuses on complex commercial real estate finance transactions, including the origination, modification and restructuring of mortgage loans, B-Notes and mezzanine loans.  She also handles the acquisition and disposition of mortgage loans, B-Notes, mezzanine loans, participations and securitization interests.  Her clients include regional and national institutional lenders and investors.

Ms. King received her B.A., magna cum laude, in 2000 from Eastern Connecticut State University.  She received her J.D., with honors, in 2003 from Western New England College School of Law where she was a member of the Law Review.

Ms. King is admitted to practice in Connecticut and is admitted to appear before the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut.
