Mr. Tang represents plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts. Since day one of being admitted into the Texas State Bar, Mr. Tang has litigated cases before juries throughout Texas. He fully believes in the judicial system and prepares every case for an ultimate jury trial. Mr. Tang believes that aggressive preparation of a case will ultimately open up many more opportunities to resolve any dispute.
He handles all aspects of complex commercial litigation. Mr. Tang has deposed scores of key fact witnesses and experts, authored and argued countless trial court motions (including those seeking dismissal and summary judgment), pursued TROs and immediate injunctive relief, cross-examined dozens of witnesses at trial, and handled matters on appeal.
His cases involve diverse areas of state and federal law including breach of contract, business torts, partnership disputes, FLSA claims, deceptive trade practices, defamation, fraud, malicious prosecution, and civil rights actions.
Prior to being admitted into the Texas Bar, Mr. Tang graduated from the University of Houston with a bachelor's of science engineering degree. He subsequently worked at a major computer manufacturing facility and then a major oil services company before attending law school. Mr. Tang graduated from South Texas College of Law in 1999 and was admitted into the bar that same year.
