Tarnowski, Raymond

Mr. Szwarcsztejn is a litigator whose practice is focused on employment law. He has experience with prosecuting both individual and class action litigation involving a variety of claims, including wrongful termination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour in state and federal court.

Mr. Szwarcsztejn's previous legal experience include positions at the U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. House of Representatives. He also worked in the litigation support and business valuations department of a nationally-ranked accounting firm in Miami, Florida.
