After obtaining an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin, Jonathan C. Kieschnick graduated from South Texas College of Law in Houston and was licensed as an attorney by the Supreme Court of Texas in 1996. From the outset of Mr. Kieschnick’s legal career, personal injury litigation has been his primary focus. For the first seven years of his practice, he plied his trade at formidable defense firms as an attorney who represented large corporations and insurance companies in personal injury cases involving wrongful death, industrial disasters, construction accidents, premises defects, medical negligence and motor vehicle collisions. Those years as a defense lawyer enabled Mr. Kieschnick to learn valuable inside information as to how cases are defended, evaluated and tried to juries.

Armed with insight that only an experienced personal injury defense lawyer can possess, Mr. Kieschnick left the defense practice in order to devote his time, resources, expertise and passion to the representation of people injured as a result of the negligence and carelessness of companies and/or individuals.
