Swafford, Timothy A.

Mr. Sunday primarily represents law enforcement officers accused of misconduct. He has lectured at various police in-service and training academy classes on Law Enforcement Officers’ Bill of Rights. He is a cum laude graduate of Bridgewater College and, after a successful business career, obtained his J. D. Degree in 1988 from the University of Baltimore School of Law.
