Attorney Suchy is a Wilton resident and has practiced in Connecticut for 15 years. Her practice is concentrated on commercial and residential zoning and land use development, including inland wetlands and watercourses matters, primarily on projects in Norwalk, Connecticut. She has handled numerous real estate projects for developers in Norwalk, New Canaan and Orange, Connecticut including office buildings, single- and multi-family residential projects, subdivisions, commercial structures and municipal power generating plants, regularly representing clients before municipal Planning Commissions, Zoning Commissions, Zoning Boards of Appeals and Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Commissions. She has also represented numerous individuals and businesses seeking to obtain liquor permits from the State of Connecticut. Attorney Suchy holds a J.D. degree from Fordham University School of Law, 1992. She also holds an M.A. degree in Journalism from New York University, 1985 and a B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Boston College, 1983. She is admitted to practice in Connecticut and New York and in the U.S. Court for the District of Connecticut. She is a member of the Regional Bar Association and the Connecticut Bar Association.
