Ms. Kelleher is an accomplished transactional attorney and business owner with 12 years experience serving as general counsel to corporations, their owners and managers, with expertise in complex contract drafting and review, commercial real estate, commercial leases, loan documentation and review, employment law, asset purchase/sales, and intellectual property, including federal trademark and copyright registration and oppositions, defending and prosecuting intellectual property infringement litigation and appeals to the Patent and Trademark Appeals Board.  Ms. Kelleher has assisted clients with obtaining and maintaining certification as a Women Owned Business Enterprise in Cook County.

Ms. Kelleher is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the United States District Court, Northern District of Illinois.
