Gary B. Strickland is a litigator with extensive experience in civil, administrative, and probate litigation. For many years, he served as a State of Arizona Administrative Law Judge and recently acted as the duly-appointed Maricopa County Public Fiduciary. In addition, he has served Maricopa County as Deputy County Attorney in the Civil Division, as well as Senior General Counsel. Mr. Strickland concentrates his practice on representation in probate, estate, and adult exploitation litigation and appears on behalf of doctors, nurses and other professionals in administrative licensing matters. He also affords representation to healthcare entities in matters involving patient capacity, consent, and related issues.

Mr. Strickland received his J.D. (1984) from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis. He is a member of the State Bar of Arizona (Probate, Litigation, and Administrative Law sections), the American Bar Association (Healthcare Law section), and the Maricopa County Bar Association (Probate and Litigation sections). He continues to serve as a Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Pro Tempore in Civil, Probate, and Family Law matters. A skilled negotiator, Mr. Strickland is also available to act privately as an arbitrator or mediator.

Mr. Strickland has taught at the high school (Latin and Greek), college (History), and graduate (Contract Law and Administrative Law) levels. He has presented at numerous CLE seminars (Healthcare Law, Evidence Law, Administrative Law, and Probate Law) and is a frequently invited educational speaker.
