Warren Kauffman, formerly a name partner in the law firm of Abrahams, Loewenstein Bushman and Kauffman, PC, is counsel to the Firm in the Business Department. Mr. Kauffman focuses his practice on estate planning, probate, trust and estate administration, as well as related real estate, general business and corporate law.
He received his B.A., cum laude, from Brown University in 1959 and his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1962. He has served as Secretary of the Brown University Alumni Club of Philadelphia, as Board Member and Solicitor to the former Rebecca Gratz Club, as Secretary of the Jewish Cultural Society and as a member of the American Arbitration Association Panel of Arbiters. Mr. Kauffman is a member of the American, Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations, and has been active for more than 20 years on the Bar Association's Fee Disputes Committee as an arbitrator, pro bono, to resolve dispute between attorneys and clients. He is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and the US Supreme Court and has been listed in Who's Who in American Law since its second edition in 1977. Mr. Kauffman has been AV rated by the Martindale-Hubbell peer review rating system for over thirty years.
