Since 1993, Ms. Stover has practiced almost exclusively in the areas of estate planning, probate and trust administration. She has extensive experience in a wide range of estate-planning and trust-administrative services, including analyzing estate and gift tax liabilities; developing and implementing innovative estate-planning and gifting strategies; utilizing life insurance within tax-sheltered trusts; advising business owners on alternatives for planned-ownership succession; implementing charitable-gifting vehicles as a means of reducing estate tax and creating a family legacy; advising clients on complex family distribution regulations involving qualified and non-qualified tax-deferred investments; and providing cutting-edge document preparation for standard and complex Arizona estate plans. Ms. Stover is a member of the American Bar Association (Probate and Estate Planning Section), the State Bar of Arizona (Probate and Trust Law Section), the Maricopa County Bar Association (Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Section), Arizona Women Lawyer's Association, and Central Arizona Estate Planning Council.
